Our story and why this studio is so special
Years ago we rented a studio for the first time on the beautiful complex Parque Santiago III and felt right at home. Since then we have rented several studios and apartments on this complex, including the studio which is now our property. When this studio went up for sale, we didn't hesitate for a moment. We stay in our studio several times a year, and for us it feels like coming home again and again. We now also know the friendly staff of the various restaurants in the area.
An oasis of peace close to everything
In the immediate vicinity of our studio you will find not all the beach, the facilities of Parque Santiago III, but also various restaurants, cafes and shops.
The ideal place for peace and comfort
Our studio is the ideal place for couples who do not want to be in the middle of the crowds, but want to stay close to the sea and want to enjoy comfort. The studio is easy to reach; the building has an elevator, which provides extra convenience. So don't carry a suitcase up the stairs. Perfect for a relaxing holiday, where everything is within reach without the hectic mass tourism.

For us, this studio always feels like coming home. It has everything we need for a sun-soaked, relaxed week (or longer) — and we love sharing that feeling with our friends, family, and acquaintances.

Local tips for an unforgettable holiday
A car is not necessary in Tenerife! Take the local bus and explore the island in peace. Or take a taxi. It is wonderful to walk along the sea; you can walk all the way to Los Cristianos or even Costa Adeje. Enjoy the beautiful coastline and fresh sea air. We are happy to share all our favorite places with you.
